Raj Sobhani has several years of progressively-growing finance career since graduating with an MBA from UT-Austin (go longhorns!). Prior to starting the real estate venture, he served as the CFO of the U.S. division of the largest logistics provider in the world, for eight years. His focus is in the commercial arena of the real estate business, including representing money investors, while he works with Rima in the Residential Sector. As a principal, Raj has negotiated several dozens of leases with space ranging from 2,000 sq. ft to over 285,000 sq. ft. Raj has dealt with some of the largest REITs like Prologis, Duke, AMB, etc.
